אנו רואים חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני ונגיש לכלל המשתמשים והמשתמשות, לרבות אנשים עם מוגבלות, ופועלים בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013.

מה נגיש באפליקציה ובאתר

• האפליקציה נבנתה עם Flutter, הכולל תמיכה מובנית בקוראי מסך - VoiceOver (iOS) ו-TalkBack (Android).
• ניגודיות צבעים גבוהה בין טקסט לרקע בהתאם להנחיות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.
• תמיכה בהגדלת טקסט בהתאם להגדרות המכשיר (Dynamic Type).
• ממשק דו-לשוני מלא (עברית ואנגלית) עם כיווניות נכונה.
• עמודי המידע באתר ניתנים לניווט מקלדת וכוללים מבנה כותרות תקין.

מגבלות ידועות

אנו פועלים באופן שוטף לשיפור הנגישות. ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים באפליקציה טרם הונגשו במלואם. נתקלתם ברכיב שאינו נגיש? נשמח לדעת ולתקן.

What is accessible in the app and on this site

• The app is built with Flutter, which includes built-in screen-reader support - VoiceOver (iOS) and TalkBack (Android).
• High color contrast between text and background, per WCAG 2.1 level AA guidelines.
• Support for text scaling according to your device settings (Dynamic Type).
• A fully bilingual interface (Hebrew and English) with correct text direction.
• The site's information pages support keyboard navigation and use a proper heading structure.

Known limitations

We work continuously to improve accessibility. Some parts of the app may not yet be fully accessible. Found something inaccessible? We would love to know and fix it.
